1) What is ETHRome?
ETHRome is an international hackathon for web3 builders happening from 6th to 8th October 2023 in Rome (IT), Citta Dell’Altra Economia, Largo Dino Frisullo. The hackathon is focused on governance and privacy technologies.
2) What are the tracks at ETHRome?
ETHRome has two tracks:
Both of them follow the same submission and judging process. Among all the projects, 6 in total will be selected as finalists and will be able to do a live demo on stage during the Closing ceremony on Sunday afternoon.
3) Who can attend ETHRome?
ETHRome welcomes participants from all backgrounds, whether they are developers, designers, or have other skill sets. Applicants to participate are evaluated based on their interest and experience within the Ethereum ecosystem, as well as their demonstrated ability to build and create - whether that involves software development, designing user experiences, or other talents. If you are under 18 years of age, a parental consent form will be required to participate
4) How much does it cost to attend?
Admission to the event is completely free, thanks to the money invested by our sponsors. Participants will receive a weekend's worth of swag, including t-shirts and other items, as well as meals, drinks, and snacks to keep them fueled throughout the event. Additionally, a place to rest and recharge will be provided for participants who need a break from coding. This ensures that all participants have the resources they need to focus on creating innovative solutions to the challenges presented at the event.
